Located in St Jean hillside and offering a panoramic view on the bay and the ocean, this tastefully decorated six bedroom villa, built with the finest materials, features many great inside and outdoor spaces, equipped with independent high quality surround sound system, controlled with Ipads.

The villa is spread on 2 levels, the lower floor hosting 3 bedrooms, the sound proof entertainment room with bar and snooker table, the TV room, the hamman and fitness room, the great room opening on the pool terrace and the 2 kitchens; and the upper floor hosting 3 bedrooms. Villa BLUE SWAN is a charming 4 bedroom, 4,5 bathroom St Barts villa rental, located on a commanding hillside in Lurin, offering breathtaking views on the ocean and the town (Gustavia), as well as dreamful sunsets. The main level features the great room with spacious living and kitchen areas, entirely opening onto the pool terrace. The covered part of the terrace hosts the dining area, facing the view.

The ocean view Master bedroom is located next to the great room, with en suite bathroom. The bedrooms 2 and 3, who are equivalent in size and amenities, both with en suite bathroom, are located in a separate bungalow, next to the pool. The pool overlooking the ocean, is surrounded by a large and very sunny deck, a gazebo with a bar.
