The legendary Porsche 917 created in the 1960s, in timeless blue and orange colors, sponsored by the Gulf oil brand for the 24 hours of Le Mans and with its avant-garde shapes, stood out as an obvious choice for the decoration of Yes Darling. This legendary and iconic car, named competition car of the century, inspired the film “Le Mans”, in which Steve McQueen was the driver of this fabulous car.

• 4% of fees (cc fees) will be applied to each payment by credit card
• Payments accepted only in Euros
• All bank charges must be borne by the issuer

GENERAL TERMS AND RENTAL CONDITIONS:
RENTAL CANCELLATION :
All cancellations must be notified to the Lessor :

• Postponement or full refund in the event of cancellation due to bad weather
• A cancellation more than one month before the rental day do by the hirer, 100% of the amount paid for the reservation will be returned to the hirer.
• If cancellation occurs between 5 and 29 days before departure, 50% of the contractual amount will be retained by the lessor.
• If cancellation occurs less than 4 days before departure, the full rental amount will be charged.
  

TERMS AND CONDITIONS :
Postponement or full refund in the event of cancellation due to bad weather (decision of the Lessor). For all rentals, the Hirer's credit card details will be recorded by the Lessor in the event of damage to the boat. Any damage incurred during the rental period due to negligence will be charged to the registered credit card. In consideration of the Company Owner of the Boat authorizing the customer to use the boat and its equipment, the customer agrees to assume the foreseeable and unforeseeable risk of personal injury related to the activity and agrees to release the Company Owner from all liability.
LUNCH :
Depending on your preference, we can reserve a table in a restaurant, order a caterer, bring a chef on board or, you can also bring your own lunch to eat on board
IMMIGRATION TAXES (Clearance) :
They are not include in the total price.
CREDIT CARD FEES :
To book the boat, the Company owner of the boat send you an email to confirm all the details to prepare your day on board. In the same email, you will have a payment link (€) so you can pay the deposit and the balance due. 4% of fees (cc fees) will be applied to each payment.
